2.Snatch: 2 on the min for 6min (use 80% of 1 RM)
Over Head Squat 60-70-80-85-95 kg.
Snatch did without minute count,just worked on technic.Anyway my max very close to my working load.
40-50-60-60-70-70-70 kg.
All sets for 3 reps.
