Snatch balance.
Sets of 2-3 reps.Weight up to 70 kg.

Snatch.
Sets of 2-3 reps.Weight up to 70 kg.
Few sets of  75 kg,all failed.

Front squat.
Sets of 3.Weight up to 110 kg.
