Morning run.
36.5 min. Tempo.


Afternoon.
Did some Metcon with my friend Symon.
20 min. AMRAP

-run to steep hill
-bear crawl all the way down
-20 KB 32 kg swings or 20 OVH squats with 24 kg KB (exchange each round)

I did 5 rounds and started 6 .Symon did one round more.
Fun!!

My older daughter did for 20 min: run up,then 10 push ups , then 10 lunges.Good job.

  1. Yep!! Kettlebells always works well.I just came back from US,where woked with 40 kg KB,some snatches.That's really fun.
